By creating an account and using Treddar, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use Treddar, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

3. Booking and Payment

When making bookings through Treddar:

• All prices are displayed in XAF (Central African Francs)
• Payment must be completed to confirm your booking
• You are responsible for ensuring passenger details are correct
• A booking fee applies and is shown clearly before confirmation
• Cancellation policies vary by agency

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Make fraudulent bookings or payments

5. Limitation of Liability

Treddar acts as an intermediary between travellers and bus agencies. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or timeliness of services provided by third-party agencies. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Treddar app — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Treddar and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Privacy & Security in the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
